All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.

- The product must be in a new condition, with tags on, in original packaging, unworn.
- We do not exchange or refund for unwanted items, the wrong colour or the wrong size ordered.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify it is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Bedroom Taboo and gives relevant information and the reason for the complaint, in an email.
You must return the product within 14 days of Delivery. The product must be in a new condition, with tags on, in original packaging, unworn. If the product is defaced, worn or used, the product shall not be refunded. Make sure you include contact details with the return and if possible, please provide a tracking number of the product being sent. Bedroom Taboo suggest that you get a receipt of your return with a tracking number, as it makes it easier to follow the shipment if necessary.
Bedroom Taboo will make a refund of eligible returns minus the postage through the same payment process that you used for your order. If you paid by invoice, we will need your bank details to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to email it to us with a brief description of your case. Refunds are sent once the order has been received and eligible for a refund.
Returning A Package
Bedroom Taboo is not responsible for any return postage charges made. This is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should report it immediately to us.
Parcels that are not collected from your post office within 14 days, Bedroom Taboo reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.
