I have no idea what toy to buy, there are so many! Can I get help to decide what is best?

Of course, you can! We all know that there is a huge array of products to look through and it can be overwhelming. So we are happy to help you choose the right product no matter what it may be. If you feel comfortable enough to, email us what you are looking for and we will ask a few questions to help us choose a short list of products. E.G. Do you wish to use alone or with a partner? Once we have a rough guide, you will receive a short list of products to choose from. You can choose one or more, then we will send you an invoice. Once paid, your order will be processed and sent to you.

I want my order as soon as possible, but there is no next day delivery. Is this available?

Due to payment processing through the website, order processing and delivery, this can take between 5 – 7 working days. If you wish for your order sooner, please Contact Us before you order so we can send you an invoice. Payment processed through an invoice is much quicker, 2 working days. And so the order process is much quicker. Delivery is normally 3 – 5 working days tracked Royal Mail but can be sooner depending on Royal Mail. We cannot promise it any sooner but we can help speed up the process as much as we can.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Amongst all the offers we have on our website, we also sell eGift Cards. To purchase, click the link and follow the instructions. To redeem, please email us details of your order, eGift Card number or email it was sent to and your name and address. We shall send you an invoice for your order and the total amount minus the redeemed eGift Card. If the total is greater, you may have an outstanding balance which is to be paid before your order is processed. We can also turn your eGift Card into a Coupon Code to be redeemed on the website for easier shopping. Please state whether you wish for this to be transferred into a Coupon Code.

I want to add more than one offer to my order, but it’s not allowing me to. Help!

You may find that some coupons are restricted. This may be due to minimum spend or only applied to a specific product. Please read the full terms of the offer so you can ensure you get to apply the coupon to the checkout correctly. Feel free to Contact Us if you run into difficulties.
